a. Customers are allowed to cancel their service order before the completion of the service. Once the service is complete, orders cannot be canceled.

b. In the event of a cancellation, we will return any prepayment made for that service.

We do not offer refunds for any services available on this website. However, we will issue a refund for advance payments, such as our DetailPlus membership, if we cancel the service. No refunds will be issued if you cancel the service.
